MPM

This week will be a short week as we are taking a mini vacation. Last weeks menu completely fell to the way side. I just totally didn't care what we ate since the hubby was out of town. That's ok we'll just climb back on that bandwagon this week.

Sunday-Out of Town

Monday-Out of Town

Tuesday-Out of Town

Wednesday- Homemade Hamburger Helper- so much better than the box kind. Recipe below

Thursday- Steak Fillets, Baked Potatoes, and Salad

Friday- Pioneer Woman's Lasagna This lasagna is not for dieters, but man is it good!

Saturday- Gameboy has a cubscout picnic.

Home Made Hamburger Helper -Cheeseburger Style
Brown hamburger meat and add onion
Add cup of beef broth in measuring cup and add a spoonful of flour per pound of meat. Mix with fork Pour into skillet with hamburger and onion. Bring to boil. Add macaroni noodles-about a package, cover simmer for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to low add handful of cheddar cheese and stir til melts. Turn off stove and sprinkle more cheese.

I agree with you that the homemade version of hamburger helper is much better, I think that sauce packet has a twange to it...
Your menu looks great!
