I'm finally back after a two week hiatus. The week before last we were on vacation so I didn't have to fix a single meal. Thats a vacation in itself. We had a wonderful time at some beach somewhere despite the jellyfish. Last week was a very bleak week so I didn't feel like posting it.
Monday- Were going to try the chicken taco packets thats been so famous lately.
Tuesday- Spaghetti with Meat Sauce
Wednesday- Crockpot Meatloaf with cheesy mashed potatoes.
Thursday- Just to be really different were going to try this catfish recipe that sounds really interesting.
Friday- Burgers or Steak on grill
