I thought I would join in on the photo contest at An Island Life just for fun.
We haven't really gone on a major vacation to the beach or even Disney World but my kids don't really mind. They're most favorite vacation place is traveling 500 miles to grandmas house. It's my own favorite mini vacation when the kids are away and I have the house to myself where I can just read blogs all day and watch daytime television that doesn't have anything to do with a blue dog or a big yellow bird.
My mom always tries to plan something every day for them when they come to visit but their most favorite thing is to feed the ducks at the duck pond. It's the simple things like that, that makes up for not seeing the big mouse in Florida.
