This week I'm on my own. No kids. No husband. What's a girl to do?
I thought I'd make myself a little plan, this way I'm not un-intentionally loafing around. Though I admit coming home by 5:30 and finishing my dinner of a sandwich and chips by 6-heavenly. Nobody here expecting me to feed them a feast-even more heavenly.
So with my fury friends perched on and near my lap. I give you my plan for the week. The excitement is agonizing isn't it? Yeah didn't think so.
Monday-Finish up the laundry (maybe) Watch some Olympics, maybe a dab of football, or maybe a little Anthony Bordaine No Reservations. Sigh, he's like the bad boy boyfriend that can cook or atleast knows where the good places to eat are. The T.V. remote is my oyster. I'm also going to try really hard not to polish off a whole bag of Cheetos in one sitting. Wish me luck on that.
Tuesday-Head to the mall to convert some gift cards, maybe get a hair cut and then head to Tarjay for whatever is left of the school supplies after the tax free mayhem (I will pay my taxes thank you very much; just so I don't have to deal with the mobs of people.) and anything else that might tickle my fancy. Oh Tarjay, I miss you and I know you miss me too.
Dinner will consist of either another sandwich or grab something while I'm out.
Wednesday-Do some cleaning in the garage (maybe)
Dinner will consist of tuna salad or something just as exciting.
Thursday- I've gotta head to the kids school to meet their teachers. I'm sure the kids won't mind not meeting them before school. I gotta let the teachers in on the big move plan.
Dinner-Im thinking a little comfort food like good ol Mac n Cheese (I'm a Velveeta shells girl, but the blue box will do too.)
Friday- Hub's birthday. He'll be home late so not sure on dinner. I'll have to clean up the house though.
Saturday- The kids return and my parents are also bringing the MIL with them for hubs birthday. Should be extra special fun. ;)
