Have you ever had one of those mornings where things are going relatively well, at least so far for the first 30 minutes of waking up and then it turns a 180 in a split second? Yeah I had that morning.
I finished my normal morning routine a little earlier than normal and decided I'd go ahead and put the clothes from last night that I washed into the dryer. What did my half asleep eye happen to see? A passport all washed and pristine. Oh yes my friends I did it again! You may recall the last fiasco of washing the passport. He of course has and will not ever learn his lesson.
You would also be correct in guessing that he has to leave the country in a couple of weeks again. I thought surely he'd be over paranoid about this and be very conscious of where he places it now. Besides I thought I had washed all of his clothes that he had taken and traveled in from the last trip. Apparently not.
So I did what any good wife would do and set it under the laundry soap jug in hopes it might flatten out. I of course told him and I admit I was a bit upset cause I still blame my self for my lack of competency here lately.
Hubs has laughed this one off and is not threatening to throw me out of the house yet. He's off to Houston again to get another $200 expedited passport again.
