We did really well last week keeping with the plan. This week we should be able to stay on track as well. I'm looking forward to trying a few new recipes this week including the infamous Empanadas recipe thats been going around Menu Plan Monday.
Monday-Crockpot -Beef Cabbage Stew
Tuesday-Italian -Spaghetti
Wednesday-Honey Mustard Chicken Tenders with corn on the cob
Thursday- Empanadas
Friday- Is up in the air my parents are coming down from OK.
Saturday-Probably leftovers
Sunday-Easter Ham dinner
