I Went With My Gut

I went with my gut feeling on this election. I feel I went with my choice without to much influence of the media or of others. This does not include the hubs, as he totally went all debate team on my choice. He did not help matters. I admit I was on the fence for a very long time and he came very close to persuading me the other way. He's good at persuasion, he got me. :)
I've always been a follower and never a leader. I admit, I am easily influenced with going with the crowd. I believe that I didn't go with the crowd this time. I just went with what I felt. It really helped that I didn't have as easy access to the media as most. Sure I have the Internets but didn't use it as a tool for my research until as recent as this past Sunday, when I sat down and read the side by side in the paper and then followed it up online.
I knew nothing of early prediction polls and numbers. I think those early predictions are a crock anyway but that's just me.

I say all this to say; I do hope that myself and the rest of America has made the right choice. I will pray nightly for the next 4 years that we have.

That's all I have to say about that.
