Oh and I had to laugh at your 'mauve' statement. When I was in college, I worked in the drapery dept. at Montgomery Ward and the 'in' colors were mauve and blue. I agree with Lawanda - that combination will be back in style soon and you'll be ahead of things. :)
You see the mauve..it grows on you. Somehow my mind is convinced that blue looks ok with mauve. I'm probably just learning to deal with it for now.
